Our Commitment to HIPAA Compliance
HIPAA-Trained Couriers
Every driver we work with completes HIPAA awareness training to ensure they understand their role in protecting Protected Health Information (PHI).
Chain of Custody Protocols
All deliveries follow documented procedures from pickup to drop-off, ensuring accountability and compliance with federal regulations.
Confidentiality Agreements
Our couriers and staff sign confidentiality and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) where applicable.
Secure Transport
Packages are sealed, labeled, and tracked. PHI is never exposed during the delivery process.
Data Handling
Mighty Medical Couriers does not store or transmit PHI electronically. Any information associated with deliveries is handled in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
